Do we offer molded injected pieces?
NO. But we are able to cut pieces with complex shapes in 3 dimensions.
Do we offer bed mattress?
NO. But we offer the foam core used to fabricate a finished mattress.
Do we offer expended polystyrene (Styrofoam type) or flotation foam?
NO. Our foam is flexible with open cells. It is like sponge foam that will absorbs liquid and will not be able to support any weight on water.
Is your product harmful like ureformaldeyde?
NO. The chemical components have nothing to do with urea. So far, we are not aware of any documented reaction to polyurethane foam. Our MSDS sheet is available by clicking here:
